Tennis Elbow: Overuse of the forearm extensor tendons where they attach to the outside of the elbow.
Golfer's Elbow: Overuse of the forearm flexor tendons where they attach to the inside of the elbow.
Distal Biceps Rupture: Tear of the biceps tendon near the elbow, leading to weakness when bending or turning the arm.
Elbow Fractures: Breaks in the bones around the elbow joint, often from falls or direct impact.
Humerus Fractures: Breaks in the upper arm bone, usually from a fall or trauma.
Frozen Shoulder: Thickening and tightening of the shoulder joint capsule, causing stiffness and pain.
Shoulder Instability: The shoulder joint moves more than it should, often due to ligament injury or looseness.
Shoulder Dislocation: The ball of the upper arm bone comes completely out of the shoulder socket, usually from trauma.
Rotator Cuff Tear: Tear in one or more of the muscles/tendons that help lift and rotate the shoulder.
Shoulder Osteoarthritis: Degenerative changes of the shoulder joint cartilage causing pain, stiffness, and limited motion.
AC Joint Separation: Injury to the ligaments at the top of the shoulder where the clavicle meets the acromion.
Calcific Tendonitis: Calcium buildup in the shoulder tendons, leading to pain and inflammation.
