Distal Hamstring Strain: Tear or overstretching of the hamstring muscles near the back of the knee.

Meniscus Tear: Injury to the cartilage (meniscus) that cushions the knee joint, often causing pain, swelling, or locking.

MCL Tear: Tear of the medial collateral ligament on the inner side of the knee, usually from a valgus (inward) force.

ACL tear: Complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in the knee, often from twisting or sudden stops.

Jumper’s Knee: Tendonitis or degeneration of the patellar tendon, causing pain below the kneecap.

Runner’s Knee: Pain around or behind the kneecap (patellofemoral pain syndrome), often from overuse or poor tracking.

IT Band Syndrome: Irritation of the iliotibial band as it rubs over the outside of the knee, common in runners and cyclists.

Osgood-Schlatter Disease: Inflammation where the patellar tendon attaches to the tibial tuberosity, common in growing adolescents.

Knee Osteoarthritis: Degeneration of the cartilage in the knee joint, causing pain, swelling, and stiffness.

Total Knee Replacement: Surgical replacement of the damaged knee joint surfaces with artificial components.
