Ankle Sprain: Stretching or tearing of the ligaments around the ankle, often from rolling the foot.

Shin Splints: Irritation of the muscles, tendons, or bone along the inner shin, usually from overuse.

Achilles Tendon Rupture: Complete tear of the Achilles tendon at the back of the ankle, typically during sudden push-off movements.

Achilles Tendinitis: Inflammation or degeneration of the Achilles tendon, causing pain along the back of the heel.

Plantar Fasciitis: Irritation of the plantar fascia tissue on the bottom of the foot, leading to heel pain.

Ankle Fracture: Break in one or more of the bones forming the ankle joint, often from falls, twists, or trauma.

Tibialis Posterior Tendinopathy: Degeneration or irritation of the tibialis posterior tendon, causing pain and weakness along the inside of the ankle and foot.

Calf Strain: Tear or overstretching of the calf muscles (gastrocnemius or soleus), often during sudden acceleration.

Stress Fracture: Small cracks in the bone from repetitive stress, commonly affecting the shin, foot, or ankle.
